The Negotiators is a full service mediation company, based in metro Atlanta, dedicated to providing dispute resolution services. Our professionals are experienced mediators and negotiators, well trained in mediation, facilitation, reconciliation, and dispute management services. Our expertise addresses the specific needs of both our individual and corporate clients.

For our individual clients, we have specially trained mediators specializing in matters such as divorce settlements, family/parenting difficulties, landlord/tenant disputes, diversity issues, problems with neighbors, among many others. Equally important, we understand the often-extreme emotions associated with personal disputes and the impact such disputes can have on the entire family and the other areas of your life.

To our corporate clients, we offer mediation expertise in resolving issues pertaining to labor relations, grievances, quality complaints, public policy disputes and organizational conflict. We also handle investigations, client/customer focus groups, international negotiations and can act as a third party ombudsman.

All Negotiators are registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and are trained facilitators, project managers and mediators.
