Biography
Kevin handles The Negotiators construction and property related disputes. Kevin’s background is architecture and after completing post-graduate studies in Construction Law had a career designing and managing building projects in twenty countries over three continents; in particular, actively resolving construction related disputes, all too common in the industry.
Kevin is a qualified arbitrator through Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA), is a board member on the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS), and most recently, with the role out of prompt payment legislation in Canada, he has attained certification through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a construction dispute adjudicator.
Kevin is well placed to resolve disputes related to payment, as well as increase in scope of work, differing conditions, course of construction insurance, and many other facets of construction and property.
