Biography
Lennox Kirianki is a Certified Professional Mediator from Nairobi, Kenya. He also holds specialised mediation training in Family Mediation, Corporate/Commercial Mediation, Online Dispute Resolution and International Disputes Mediation from the Institute of Certification and Training of Lusophone Mediators (ICFML), Porto. He speaks both English and Swahili.
Lennox won the International Student Mediation Competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2023, outperforming business and legal students from many countries covering 5 continents. He has an amazing perception of fears and concerns of disuting parties, and a strong skill of reducing complex issues into simple and comprehensible concepts. While he is an upcoming lawyer in Kenya, he is also interning with The Negotiators. We see him adding a dynamic and refreshing dimension to our international disoute resolution initiatives.
